We provide live testing before final delivery to ensure functionality.
2. Client Responsibilities
To complete the project, you agree to provide:
- Domain name and hosting access (we recommend Hostinger or GoDaddy)
- WordPress admin credentials
- Meta Business Manager access for tracking setup
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) access
- Timely feedback and approvals
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.
3. Payment Terms
- All services require upfront payment or a structured milestone-based payment as agreed.
- No recurring fees unless explicitly mentioned.
- No refunds after final project delivery and live test confirmation.
4. Delivery & Revisions
- Project timelines vary based on scope and responsiveness.
- Major scope changes after project agreement may incur additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
- All funnels, scripts, and automation systems created for you are your property upon full payment.
- We retain the right to showcase anonymized results and work samples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party platform failures (e.g., Meta, Google)
- Hosting provider issues
- Missed leads or revenue loss caused by platform changes or downtime
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive data, credentials, and internal business information shared with us.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project or agreement if:
- There is abusive or uncooperative behavior
- Payment is not received as agreed
- Deliverables are repeatedly delayed due to client inaction
